Many young people, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds, struggle to find their place in a traditional education setting and will have less employment opportunities in the future. Our primary objective is to offer educational programs in creative fields tailored to the needs of young people in Birmingham and The Black Country, equipping them with tangible skills and knowledge to enhance their prospects and opportunities. Our program aims to bridge educational gaps and empower Birmingham and The Black Country’s youth by fostering practical abilities and a comprehensive understanding of marketing principles. By providing these resources, we strive to level the playing field and enable young adults to pursue successful careers, ultimately contributing to their personal growth and the overall socio-economic development of the community. Our perspective is rooted in empowering young entrepreneurs with knowledge and skills that can lead to more sustainable and meaningful success. Our strategy revolves around collaboration and inspiring an alternative educational experience that will trigger a desire in the individual to learn quashing beliefs created by prior negative learning experiences.
We have designed a two week-long training program that encompasses the entire journey, starting from the creation of persuasive brand messages to the adept utilisation of digital tools and platforms.
Our objective is to establish a robust knowledge base for aspiring creatives, empowering them to make well-informed decisions regarding their business strategies and marketing strategies. Furthermore, we recognise that entrepreneurship is not a solitary journey.
